While you are partially right in a technical sense, it is really out of proportion that you reported eld3r, while you don't seem to mind the serious violations and don't even include pink.

1. The vk was not abusive and it was not even green (eld3r) who started it:

Pink forced send at lvl 7, which is a violation so there was a reason to start a votekick attempt.

Ok - I understand that you consider "stfu" and "noob" already flaming serious enough to write a report.

The rules state however:

Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively.

I don't see the excessive part here.

Green flamed in his team, but after being ignored by the victim:

I hope that the ent moderators do not follow this stupid revenge report to aid your personal feud. You are not even remotely struck by the flaming issue. There is not even any need to use ignore since he was flaming his allies in his team, not yours. And then even in german, which you most likely don't even understand.

So I take it, that you opened up the replay and looked for any flame to have sth in hand against eld3r - found these few ominous german lines and even bothered to translate them hoping they would be flames? This is really a witchhunt.[/spoiler]
