Any further thoughts: Starts ffing at min 10, then starting at around min 15 he continuously runs to base full hp full mana, when mid is getting pushed at around min 23 he is top then runs to base and stays at fountain. He continues this rest of game. Sitting fountain, not helping 1 bit, even when game is probably over but we have kill chances he sits behind tree of at fountain.

Agree. Clearly stops playing, just wandering around the base and woods, occaisionally creeping, moving back to fountain with almost full health and full mana.
