Violated Rule(s): Do not change the king's target to delay killing, except to efficiently kill multiple targets or kill higher priority targets such as sent units or low hp units. Range stomping and backward waving is allowed.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): wave 17
Any further thoughts: maybe he really don't know the rule since this is a rule often overlooked but he has decent elo so it's hard to say. Nonetheless i think it's someone's personal responsibility to know the rules. perhaps just ask him to paste the rules and give a warning?
this is actually a second brq for second opinion as i did a forum post under ltd mega to seek clarification on this specific rule and it seems that different admins have different understanding on this.
