Any further thoughts:
I admit both of us were petty when it came to the wave 14/15 send, I was on discord with another player on our team and we were both voting for 15 and since we were in pretty decent shape at that point of the game we decided we didn't want to let him bully us into a send. He continued to disagree about what wave to send so we agreed to send 20 instead of 21 with him (which I was right in saying it was a stupid ass decision). Regardless we sent and the game continued. So going further into the game Blue who was trying to get the group collected enough to win was desperately trying to get everyone to agree one a wave which Chilly and I offered a wave and worked with blue to push and be prepared to send. Well this wasn't good enough for Arbeitsloser and he just solo sent every wave from 21-30. We tried to kick for teamkilling but the other team wouldn't votekick despite being aware of his teamkilling so I personally believe those who didn't vote to kick should have a ban for allowing him to remain as that is also against the rules.
