After that Zeus bought a new courier and brought it to spectre.
Despite that Zeus looked like he knew what he was doing, this does not look like a major offense. He made up for his mistakes by buying a new courier as you told him.

After that, he began acting like a jerk in the game. Then upon reviewing replay, it wasn't accidental at all. It seemed clear he would have kept it to himself until I mentioned reviewing replay and reporting. That's why I chose to report it anyway.

Gotta agree, this wasn't an accident. And he probably would not have bought the courier if you didn't mention that you will report the violator. But I still think the grief he did was not affecting the game after he bought the courier.

You reported him for the action you don't even think is bannable yourself? Or the true reason is him being a jerk hurt your feelings?

It is bannable. It's in the rules. They have a link to the rules if you need a refresher. Lastly, troll somewhere else kid. I said nothing, and done nothing to offend you. Therefore, your attempt to flame is uncalled for. Have a good day now.
