He didnt say anything to his solo sending and didnt apologize or anything.
After he failed to send/build on 17 he just said this.

you all didnt know send or not too send and were asking until last min

tho you see green already send lock and no1 at team sayd too him

so when he send lock and no1 saying nothing its a 15 game usually or else you woud tell him "why you send lock or dont send more"
and mojomala you were saying its a 15 game 2 times and oj also
and when oj sayd go 17 , green had already send demon so its really not hes fault
on lvl 17 now ,i guess he wanted to send bege just , tho even if he had send lock nothing woud change or build that 200 gold
