he also always came to me when i went to the left top jungle camp 3 times in a row. i accused him of mh, then he admitted . :S

There was an earlier request made for MH thanks for reporting, more evidence helps in our cause to determine if it's MH.

Clearly he hasn't been banned for a year, dear ENT admins, because he is ban dodging already: https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=1864683. ggnoobteamagain @ uswest.battle.net admits to being naga4president at the beginning of the game. Also it seems that he somehow corrupted the replay: replays/1864683.w3g: Can't read replay file.

Unfortunately, as a mod I don't have the power to IP range ban. I'll try to get forum mods/admins to look at this. Thank you for your concern.
