Rule player violated: said he would feed, then died once, (after already 0-3), then he sat at fountain rest of game.
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): 20:00
Any further thoughts: at 8:00 he complains that his hero sucks, and reveals this is probably one of his first games. at 10:00 someone votekicks him because he's trying to find items in base. but then he reveals he's not afk, and just looking for items....I try to help him build treads, then he basically gives up. I agree to the votekick at 14:00 because he's complaining about how terrible his character is more than he's playing. I don't normally try to kick people for being new, but he stopped helping after that, and got angry and intentionally fed once, then afk'd.
