30 Seconds in there is already an argument about who is mid. At 00:43 purple acknowledges necro mid with "gl mid" however then after necro makes a comment at 00:51 he decides he will then spite him and go mid. this is 1min into the game, Tree indicates he will go mid because necro "wanted to be a dick".

hence first comment at 3:04 about the "we lost" kinda justified comment i believe.

comment at 4:00 was a result of the team worrying about shit talking each other past the !ignore command. seemed they were more interested about that then anything including winning the game.

As you can see, the comments listed by tree were all involved in this section where tree was trash talking his team mates, i wasnt involved at all in their conversation until then. Necro also eluded to tree throwing the game and the "w/l doesnt worry me" comment was as a response to the "Leoric is tilted like a 11 years old" to show i wasn't concerned about his bickering. Again, he conveniently left all that part out.

Not once did i say i would make the team lose however tree tried to sell that part to the opponents. Notice no one voted.

A death and a comment that it was for me. I wonder what he meant by that :p. was death on purpose?

yeah i clicked back on our fountain to heal and was then watching something else on the map. didn't realise i hadnt clicked in the fountain area to heal. quickly rectified that. VK started again by tree for being afk while i was healing????

Finally, not "being involved" is not illegal when you are trying to farm for items, especially with a SK who gets stronger at the end of the game, along with the fact the team was constantly arguing and not supporting each other. just because someone doesn't follow other team members in to constantly die because they are being spiteful to each other does not mean they want to lose.

feel free to review this not uncommon series of events for DOTA and if you deem a ban is still required then so be it. any future team mates who farm for items at start of the game will be submitted then if this is illegal.
