Any further thoughts: and generally no team fight throughout the game and not helping purposely. this player has a rep for doing this in a lot of games and this has to stop. takes away the fun for the game and doing it on purpose.

Riki does not leave middle lane except to rune for the first 19 minutes of the game. Does not gank with team or defend.
1916 joins team to gank ogre magi, then returns to woods and solo play.
2030 does not defend mid tier two tower. Misses team fight while solo in top lane.
Min 26 team pushing mid lane, riki solo in top lane then tp's to solo bot lane.
3030 takes invis rune.
3100 appears to intentionally feed. Has radiance signalling when to use dust.
3530 misses team fight near bottom rax.
4213 misses team fight mid lane.
Min 47-48 stands off invisible not engaging or helping defend as mid and bottom rax are destroyed.
5008 bot lane creeping as last rax top destroyed. Then tp's to throne and moves around aimlessly not defending or helping allies until he is killed.
