Violated Rule(s): strikerr for patroling at fountain griefing/afk, and tibo th2670 telangiectasia for fail to kick
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): starting 5-6 min of game, player lina started to patroling at fountain/afk not playing, thus we initiated several vote kick attempts and explained clearly to scourge the reason why we wanted to votekick lina (also scourge could tell from scoreboard that lina's level didnt increase, which matches our statement that lina is patroling at fountain). However, player tibo, th2670 and telangiectasia failed to kick obvious game ruiner, therefore, I am submitting a ban request on their behalf as well.
