Any further thoughts: He votekick me after I had to restart router, not to mention all other players who did !yes . There is a window of 180 seconds before a player can drop permantly from game or either recconect. Not to mention also I got banned for being kicked, as if I exit w3.

also if you reset your router, i think your ip changes and you wont be Abel to reconnect
