Violated Rule(s): Intentionally didnt help team in fights... ignored teams requests to help and basically fed. We tried to guide him but he ignored us and purposely fed. Directly caused loss.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Multiple time stamps in game.
Any further thoughts: Please ban to teach him a lesson that he cannot ruin games.

Warned for refusing to cooperate, in the end he said he wouldn't cooperate but only missed one fight essentially.
