Any further thoughts:
Shambles dislikes one of his teammates build and tries to force a draw at 0 minutes. Then when 1 player is afk in the opposing team, he repeatedly unpauses then keeps allchatting for a draw.

This is far from the first time he's done childish immature things like this and I believe he finally deserves to be permanently banned from 1200+ games, or at least for a length enough for him to learn a lesson.
