Any further thoughts: Player refused to heal allies at 1220 and 1440 of game time. Following threat of ban player improved his play and began healing as appropriate. Player was irritated by critical comment earlier in game and intentionally sabotaged his play as a result.

12:20 - Necro is across the trees and you're being pursued by a bara while being urn'd. Can't confirm that necro's heal ability could either reach nor save you. Following that, you called him "so bad" immediately after.
14:40 - Necro is with potm going up the top lane while spec is using guantlet to farm. Should be fairly obvious that gauntlet drains hp especially if using after nearly dying in teamfight. Necro did his part and healed afterwards, not his fault spec didn't back to base which was close by.
