Dear Admins,

I am just writing below to clarify the issues, since this gentleman who requested this ban is a bit off the point.

We were all waiting in the looby for the game to start and there was a long waiting time in the lobby before the game started and Iam_Riziy did'nt mention anyting about the mode before the game was counting down from 10 sec to start. and that was when i simply informed him that he cannot call a different mode right before countdown when everyone is not paying attention or being AFK.

Below i have copied several messages sent from the person trying to frame me, to prove that i am sincere.

So below i will show that he joined 10 minutes before the game started and at no time did he mention the mode except during the countdown.

After the game started, this is what he wrote..

So I would therefore request that the ''Ban Request'' is being put on Iam_Riziy for being a troll that threatens other people with getting banned if they dont listen to his own made up rules and for calling the mode during Countdown making us all !Draw early games because no one beside him wanted to play Hybrid No Mid Mode.

And to further more clarify that Iam_Riziy is not telling the truth, please go through all the communication and please watch the reply of the game to see yourself that i at no giving time told anyone to !draw or they will get banned, so and no point have i been able to create confusion / ''lie about rules lead to draw abuse'' as he claim i did

That is true, everyone on both team !draw the game because no one wanted to play the Hybrid NM mode as he called it very late it caused alot of confusion for people never played Hybrid before didnt know how to build.

Seems more like an unfortunate series of events. And because of such, no bans will be issued. Explained below:

=> Red announces mode in lobby, which is legal.
=> Purple sells units that he randoms thinking it's 100% but it isn't. Most likely due to inexperience of the hybrid builder.
=> Votekick initiated on the grounds purple is tking
=> Blue suggests a draw most likely stemmed from such, pink agrees.
=> Game is drawn.

I'm inclined to believe the draw is more over the situations that occurred in game, rather than just a simple dislike of the mode mainly because players were prepared to carry on the game, otherwise it would've been drawn before level 1.

As for GucciGucci and the deceiving of the rules, seems more misinformed than not - Warned, nonetheless.
@smoothie Do read up on our rules more thoroughly, so we don't need to see these types of issues again.
