Your Warcraft III Username: scores
Violator's Warcraft III Username: donttouchit
Violated Rule(s): throwing
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): N/A
Any further thoughts:
Spec had a horrible early game, which clearly made him rage.
At 11:25 he ignores entire team.
Then he proceeds to build dagon, then book.
There is no reason to ever build those items on spec except to throw. A player with 30-10 w/l stats at the time of this game definitely knows this.

@just_stfu We don't ban for merely building items. Provide specific timestamps that speak to said "throwing" please.

Re: [DOTA] donttouchit
Around 21:50 a fight starts on top lane. Entire team except spec comes to help.
Spec stands at tower in another lane, full hp and mana, ult not on cooldown, watches and does nothing.
I'm not arguing that any suboptimal build deserves a ban.
Dagger is excellent on es, but es still contributes a lot even without it (not that I'm saying it's a good idea to skip it).
Lothar is excellent on slark, but slark still contributes a lot without it.
Agh is excellent on tiny, but tiny still does a lot without it.
Spec with dagon and book is a complete joke. It is not at all like any of the other examples I mentioned.
It's like a techies going crystalis first, then shiva.
It's like a mort going mana boots, then eul.
It's like a riki going vanguard, then blademail.
The reason those are all idiotic may not be clear to a new player, but they're crystal clear to everyone else; definitely clear to a 30-10 w/l player.
Your toothless banning approach has sure done a lot to discourage trolls and throwers!
In case it's not completely obvious, the above statement is sarcastic.
Maybe next time my team pisses me off I'll just build dagon 5 myself.
But as long as I don't explicitly say "hey I'm throwing", it's ok! Got it!

Re: [DOTA] donttouchit
@just_stfu Point remains, that merely posting a ban request for us staff to review solely based off the fact a spec built dagon/necrobook just simply isn't enough.
If you're to entertain the idea that he's throwing, then provide more. For instance - After having watched the replay myself -
=> Ignores allies.
=> Builds necrobook after the construct of dagon.
=> Doesn't join a teamfight leading your allies to death
=> Walks around the base waiting to ks with dagon, watching your teammate (abba) die.
=> Rarely any uses with said necrobook until the last bot rax push.
This was the evidence I've managed to find in the game.
ENT staff are busy people. You cannot give us a replay with vague information/no real timestamps to said throwing. It's your duty as a citizen of ENT to provide such in it's part of the format, especially being that you were in the game.
And lastly, being a dota player myself for over 2 years now, I'm aware that dagon/book spec is quite strange and most likely met with a throwing/careless play but if I banned said player for simply building items - I'd have to ban every player that doesn't build what's "commonly known" to said hero.
This said, enough evidence is there to support reckless actions by the spec.
Banned 3 days.
