It's not against the rules to !ignore players. As long as the player is trying to win and plays with the team. You can still communicate through pings and use general game awareness.

You are free to re-post this request if he didn't cooperate with the team, played solo and ruined the game by doing so. But you will need to post timestamps with evidence of this behavior. Simply using !ignore isn't bannable in itself.
