The slark basically lost mid and was blaming teammate for not helping. After that he basically played all by himslef all game long, kept flaming and trying to forfit for at least three times. When he revived, just went out base to hunt the enemy by 1 v 5 then got killed. He just did that over and over again, that's how he got 12 death.

He was only afk for a minute at 45. Long game so it's understandable at times. From 33-36, he was afk, though.

Banned 3 days for afk. He was autobanned for leaving.
