Any further thoughts: Just before level 6, I advised 18.. to sell his infantry and upgrade his ygg, as it was very probable we receive a send. He upgraded his infantry to zeus, then sold the zeus, then build it again. It is not my fault if he doesn't know when he is allowed to sell for full gold or not. Immediately after that I requested a votekick explaining the reason, but noone agreed. Not only were we behind 105 in val for no reason, but we received a send and lost a heal on 6.

Edit: Apparently, yellow tried to protect pink by stating he did nothing wrong. Thus, he confused the opposite team. I wasn't aware of that because he ignored me when I started the votekick. Still, as the rules state, players are obliged to check about my claim.

If watch whole replay. His team deny any problems caused by 18 and said that it's orange that's starting trouble no reason.
choosing not to vk is because there was no clear evidence that 18.. sold his infantry since his team did not support his claim or votekick either.

therefore a warning is not justified as
1) no evidence or support from his teamates that 18 commited any rulebreak
2) if i were to vk without any backup evidence would cause me to vk abuse if nothing was actually commited (and the vk went through)

there is like no way he did that on porpose , imo he wanted just too get third ygg,but y what he did was bad, he coud sell tht inf before he up too zeus
