According to the ENT Wiki Game Ruining Rule: Do not refuse to learn/and or cooperate: this does not mean being new/bad is bannable.
Starlink continuously ignored the team, refused to cooperate, communicate or help when the team is in needed. This player should deserve a ban for such intoxicated behavior.
