Any further thoughts: He actively states he will throw the game and clearly is just patrolling around the first part of the game. I think this deserves a heavy ban. The entire first part of the game starting from level 5 he walks around crying. X.pong can vouche for me on this. Blue (silencer) almost ruined the game bug juggernaut carried. Please see chat.

7-15, doesn't really try to help his teammates. Jungling middle camp and watches as mid/top tower gets taken. Pink chases teal all the way to the base but Nortrom is too busy jungling to pay attention.. Doesn't even realize Techies is planting remote mines right next to him and detonates it to kill him as well. Just careless, lack of communication, lack of cooperation, and though I can see why he would be frustrated since he received minimal help at bot, his behavior is uncalled for.

Banned 3 days for refusing to cooperate.
