I was buys playing and didnt quite realize that he really meant to buy 2 energy booster, when i checked his items and realized that he really got a 2nd energy booster, he had this to say:

There wasn't much excessive flaming. Though his item choices were questionable, we do not ban players for item choices unless there is significant evidence of game-ruining intent. Do you have any timestamps of him actually game-ruining by intentionally losing, etc.,?

100% troll account and banned 5 days for game-ruin/reckless gameplay/vk abuse with different account.
So with this new account he is clearly ban dodging!
