Any further thoughts: Game was like 30 Secs old when he told he had to go. Forced a draw. Was the same as when he would have left.

This banrq @raks is really unnessesary, you should really use common sense and use your time banrq people who actually purposely break rules insted of the opposite.

To sum it up for admins:
necro joins game and during that short period of time something pops up, so he MAY not be able to stick around for more than 10 mins.
- Game just started, and instead of being forced to leave/afk which is a clear rulebreak, he informs the team about this and asks for a draw.

1: He doesnt really break any rules - he informs the team about whats bout to happan, and it is also a legit reason to draw.
2: He prevents himself from having to rulebreak further down the line, and ruin the experience for the others (other than raks who didnt want new lobby)
