Several mini-afks such as 18:30-19:30 and 37:30-38:30. Nearly every time he dies, he AFKs for ~30 sec.

43:30 around he goes creeping and suicides into Clock mid when no team is nearby (charges him, autoattacks until he dies)
Troll dialog: (43:46 / All) g1mly: wow tnx tgeam
47:30 charges away from his team and suicides into LC
49:00 there is a teamfight going on, he is AFK in fountain
53:40 he revives and chooses to creep while the team is trying to push, gets killed
57:30 goes jungling in their jungle while we're trying to push
58:40 charges bot to farm while multiple teammates are fighting
1:03:00 goes out jungling while the entire enemy team is right around him. He doesn't die but it's still trolling.
1:07:00 AFK attacking creeps during the final teamfight of the game, charges in only after I die

Any further thoughts: Since the start, he asked for solo mid. After level 6, he started jungling without helping team. Constantly being afk for not very long period, just like 30 seconds or 1 minute, then he came back, continued to jungle. He explained he needs to work and greet customers, if that's the case he shouldn't even play the game. He had done basically nothing for the team. but given teammates a lot extra work.
