Any further thoughts: didnt communicate with team, took mid with no clear things to do and started to feed up enemy team.
I checked the apm in game and noticed that his apm was always 40-45 while every other player was around 70-80 or upper;
I think that the guy that used this player / owned the bot that used this player was Planted ( https://entgaming.net/openstats/dota/player/planted./ ).

Time of Violation (in-game or replay): all the game , gonna correct this sentence to make it more clear; it was from the 2:00 minute mark, when he took middle and stayed here all the time with the other mid player ( drow ranger, purple player ) until the really late game ( 30 minute mark around) , from there on the player started to do something useful ( randomly use nightmare or ultimate, but never saying anything)
