Time of Violation (in-game or replay): He refused to play with team all the game, but the biggest moment was on 44 mins of game. We had 2 huge team battles, where he just stayed back and did nothing.
Any further thoughts: I dont know why did he do that, he just stayed back and farmed.

after reviewing replay-

44:00 techies farms top lane, then goes to shop item.
team dies bot lane. techies was no where near to help.

after 45:00 techies was mining statis traps and remote helping team.
I dont see anything wrong with techies behavior, there was nothing more he could do. If you have more timestamps
then show, otherwise this should be denied.

No need for time stamps i watched all the game techies played right all game he left to defend bottom witch was a bad call not going to ban for this 1 instance
