Any further thoughts: this guy has some serious problems irl , he ignored ppl in team didnt reply to blue once and just didnt care we all agreed to send on 18 , we almost won game with 3man send their king lived on 20%hp while this guy still had 5k lumber and easy DD.

And i see this is not first time Chisel was reported ,ppl like him deserve perma ban , seems he is being toxic in every game he plays.

Chisel is a very toxic player and typically refuses to work as a team and does his own thing, hence all of the reports. Also, he tried to FF at 30:07 and yet the game did not end until 49:30. Clearly breaching the general rule :
"To !ff the game must evidently be lost."

I do not think an evidently lost game would go on for a further 20 minutes, another example of his unwillingness to work as a team. The rule you mentioned in which be broke would be :
"Refusing to cooperate by sending alone and not save-send with teammates to win."

1:53 and 27:06 are also worth mentioning because if you check his other games you'll find more of the same :
"Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively."

Although in the context of this singular game, I wouldn't say it was excessive.
