Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 19, he top i ping for help mid to defend, he don't go buy teleport near shop. 25, top and bot need help. witch doc at middle farming. refuse help or listen. I ping many times and he behave clueless. this guy refuse help and we lose because fight 3v5 thanks to techies who dont help in fights just bombs in the map!
Any further thoughts: We winning game but this witch doctor refused to help. we are defending 3v5 because techies don't help either. Witch Doctor farm lane solo and don't help or teleport, i told many times to help. He cost us the game because we fight 3v5 all game and no help.

after reviewed-

19-20- he doesnt have tp, but he pushed top creeps and forced to defend there t2.
at 23-24- min he is top lane again. passes shop doesn't buy tp, and farms woods when enemy pushing mid.
25:30- big fight bot lane, wd is farming mid creeps. He should of helped gank, but this is clear wd is not helping his teammates.
after 26 min wd does not have tp, while pushing mid tier 2, goes to enemy woods and gets ganked.

Courtney should be banned for Game ruining/ refusing to help teammates.

Do not ruin the game on purpose
Do not refuse to learn/and or cooperate

Witch Doctor seems to have an argument and then ignores his teammates call to help.

Minute 23, could definitely have grabbed TP and helped his teammates defend mid.

Minute 24-26, it was obvious that the enemy team were pushing. Witch doctor made zero effort to assist his teammates. Decides to blindly farm mid and watches Scourge defend.

Banned 3 days for refusing to cooperate.
