Well, based on the review of the game, it kinda looks like Lust should have a ban, after watching the demo, Lustone asks orange to cross, Orange denies this, and he types:

Lust's team discoveres that the enemy team has ea, that leaks lvl 2, and decides to send lvl 4, not the worst call in the world... not the best either... But lust dont know this, since lust decided to ignore team/flame team to ignore him.

Later on lust decides to ghost, telling the other team how much wood teammates have, wich could indicate the 4 send, they didnt up, that is true, but as its stated here:

8:20 - This is indeed ghosting but to what degree do I think it affected the game? Not that much given the situation.
9:06 - Not really ghosting, he said it with two seconds at most before the round starts, this would have no impact on the game at all.

LustOne is a toxic player but since you were not in the game I cannot punish him for that although I will be adding a warning on his account for his toxic nature to create a pattern of behaviour if there is one.

As for the ghosting, I do not feel the information leaked changed the game in any way, in fact, the send on 4 never happened as intended (sending BO's) but again a warning will be applied to see if there is any pattern of this type of behaviour.
