SB called mid, and started feeding hard. First death we think "oh well, too bad", second death comes right afterwards when he tower dives AGAIN, this happens multiple times. He ends the game with 0-13, saying multiple times "noob team" as an excuse. Scourge failed to kick him several times even though it was OBVIOUS he was feeding on purpose. We had a 2k elo player on our team, so I think we all know they refused to kick bara so they could get the mass elo in wait for them. He cost us the game singlehandedly. Refusing to kick when it's obvious is against the rules unless I'm mistaken, if not, it should be. In any case, he was AFK 50% of the time, and feeding the other 50%.

I hope this entire matter can be resolved, as I think it's patethic that barely mediocre players uses feeders as a method for boosting themselves. Noobs are a part of the team, intentional feeders should not be.

I was in the same game so I thought I'd add the missing info.

Regardless of missing information and posting in someone else's thread, as he said, he was in the same game.

Also, that irrelevant here... Point being, we dropped a TON of elo for a game that should have been at least a fair fight because one of our teammates was feeding on purpose. This was obvious to Scourge, and they took advantage of that fact and refused to kick him so they could keep exploiting a huge gap in the game.

Time of incidents: game time 23:30 bara charges into meepo feeding him on purpose. Votekick initiated again to no avail.
After he respawns he idles at the fountain for a minute, then at the second middle tower for half a minute and then he farms in the jungle for the rest of the game, idling half a minute or so between every creep camp so its obvious he goes for a creepcamp and then goes afk while his hero autofarms and then comes back to his pc to go to another creep camp. Afk-dodging in my opinion.
