Reckz- went straight mid feeding 0/10/1. He gave up game pretty early and even refuse to use spells in teamfights (23:22 and 27:41) and basically just walked around watching.

Slark Level 5 after 28 minutes of game. He also was afk at ~25:40 for a few minutes

Invoker had a bad game mid due to those ganks. Nothing intentional about his score, he did try. The instances you report are proof of nothing. All of you were sitting back while they were raxing, what was he supposed to?

Iceman06 is banned 2 day for going afk in two instances for a total of ~3 mins. 2nd offense, but the outcome of the game wouldn't have been any different.
