Thats maybe not 100% correct. His pick was not intentionally as he randomed and he tried to repick but either timer was already expired or he hadn´t enough money as he bought courier and slippers. He also drawed the game right after he realized that TA is bugged. He also only has 6 game on this account though maybe he just didnt knew about the bug, therefore a warning should be enough
