Any further thoughts:

Pudge was multiple times afk during game. He gave up game pretty early as Mirana came mid to gank and he couldnt "level".
Then he repeatedly went afk during important team fights/ defending. He also was 3-4 level behing us despite he was solo mid lane due to his afk.

I dont know if its bannable but mirana skilled her ult at level 17 which is in my opinion a subtle way of throwing the game as her ult would have saved us in many team fights!

First "AFK" lasted a total of 30~40 seconds as he walked back to base. Not exactly excessive.
Second instance of AFK he was gone for 1 minute, starting to get excessive.
Last instance lasted from 42min to end of game.

Banned 3 days.

Skilling is up to the user, and they could have fat fingered the wrong skill by mistake.

Not banning mirana.
