Aside from flaming he also stopped playing to the best of his ability relatively early in the game. He played good at start and displayed that he knew how to handle his hero, charging frequently and properly. But after he died twice in a row he said this:

And after that it was obvious he no longer played to the best of his ability. For the following 10 minutes he spent most of the time jungling instead oc charging like he did previously and didn't help much, despite sniper asking for help repeatedly.

During about 27-28 replay time he was griefing in fountain as we were being pushed and that's when we lost our first rax, more or less sealing the loss for us. Instead of defending he sat in fountain spending his time flaming silencer.
