Violated Rule(s): sb intentionally fed all game long, jungled when rest of the team was at rax, when we roshed he canceld charge n stopped on cliff so rosh would take longer, the other 3 on emey team refused to kick
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): at 19 min he was 1-6 charging ppl 1v4 all game long n said he didnt understand wat hes doing wrong. umer04 g4ng saint123 refused to kick. sb jungled or farmed differnet lanes everytime we pushed
