Banning 2 players

Violated Rule(s): Refusing to draw after game breaking bug ( or feature depending how you see it )
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): round 4 and onwards
Any further thoughts: Basically went with mine strats. Was holding even tho they where constantly sending, so i took advantage and pushed. In round 4 i noticed i wasnt getting gold from the kills ( even tho i almost cleared with overpush ) and saw that the game thought i had sold everything and gave the creeps a "pursue" buff. I pause the game and let the other team know, since if im getting no gold its a bit hard to help the team and proper play. Both Kelush and xenot 3 refused to draw it, even when seeing i was leaking all rounds constantly because of this. Still won the game but i think a ban is worthy so they dont do this shit to the next guy just because of some fucking elo.
