Trader - cheating with urn every game

He's been banned for this in the past and has been told it's a glitch over and over. He knows it's a glitch. This player has no interest in playing legitimate games. In the games he didn't play Batrider, it's usually because someone repicked it. Someone repicks it in about half the games because he's well known to use this exploit.

Besides crashing exploits, this is the most game breaking bug that exists in Dota.
