Any further thoughts: this guy since the begining started a very bad teamplaying didnt help defending and started vkicking and farming forest

I'm not going to ban someone for typing !votekick unless they spam it. Stealing neutral creeps isn't worthy of a ban unless they follow you all game and do it.
