The no_rules player uses MH. The program is that in the game [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #9 I recorded a !timestamp with the test.
Numerous players report that he uses hacking.

So i was with silencer bot farming then silencer backed and i moved back too to not stay alone and also to go back base and finish radi.

Should be denied. It's ridiculous to think it's MH. He was just going for radi.

We will generally review for maphack if we are provided fog clicks or multiple timestamps are provided within a single game that describe why you believe it is suspicious. We will not review an entire game to prove someone is using a maphack.
