IN GAME [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #85 the player "Basshunter_" create new acc for ruiner and 0/7 with 10 min, he talk all times for ff in 8min. Everyone in the game was watching and wanted to remove him from the game, but the new player "Extendo" didn't want to remove him from the game.

Im use !timestamp some times for record. Guys, these players are intentionally ruining games and creating new accounts to simply destroy other players' ranks, you need to set an example and give them a ban. I was playing with @Jazzy3113.

basshunter_ is perma banned, i told you to stop trolling, the ban just expired and you start like that, go play another league.

Extendo never talked since start of the game, i believe he wasnt following chatlog or the gameplay of basshunter_, he finished to kick him so for this time he won't take a ban.
For accounts, it wouldn't work, that's not possible, you need 5 admins perma here to focus on people accounts

I think what trader is saying, is that if you make it harder for people to make a new account, it might incentivize people to not ruin.
