Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): As I'm chasing brown while perma invis, and passing top secret shop, right as I prime my Mask of Madness and un-invis and appear on minimap (scourge has no vision of me at all), 16:45 Brown Mirana uses Dopplewalk even though I'm still up the hill with they having no vision or knowledge I'm there or been chasing him. 19:00 game time I run pass scourge pushing mid rax tower, no vision of me being there, and again Mirana turns around and Dopplewalks away. Both times are way too obvious a maphack. Plz ban, ty for your time.

There is no hard evidence of maphacking; the timings you gave are suspicious, thoughts.
Before he use dopplewalk, you can actually see yourself become visible for .5 seconds even when fog of war is activated.
