Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): during the whole game, and the votekicks I started were at the start, i guess between the first 0-5 or 0-10 minutes of the game
Any further thoughts: me0w used the xin glitch which I know of is bannable, and after seeing him use fist once I immediatly warned him and told everyone in all chat that he had fist, and that is was a glitch and that it was bannable. To my memory the following people then decided not to kick:

2.pharnyx@useast
I warned them that if they wouldn't kick I would report them here. I hope this is useful for you.
