Any further thoughts:

The player was ganking neuts suspiciously, upon watching the replay he performed a fog click 18 seconds before the first creep wave spawn. I am not wasting time looking for more, but one is all you need to confirm.

Also, where do I find the bot name and game name of a saved game????

Actually the only time a fogclick in invalid is the spawning of blue. However, I'll take a look.

EDIT: Fogclicks a couple more times. Also knows if rune is top or bot as well as exactly where to walk to gank. Approved. Banned for 3 months.
