Very suspicious in my opinion. No one would aim their hook at a blind spot and not hit a tree to grapple on unless they were aiming at the enemy( with no vision ) and miss a tree.

After going over the game several times, I did not find any fog clicks. It also seem that even though the act was suspicious he did have some vision before he lost vision of furion pushing top. I am just going to add him to a list to watch out for because this one act is not enough to ban for the maphack. Unless I missed something you are more than welcome to pm me with more evidence. Denied for now.
