This seems like is is worthy of a ban. Usually when people need votes for decisions, they need more than 50% of the people playing to agree with them. Like for instance when red choses -AR, he needs a 60% agreement or else he may be banned.

Surely is worthy of a ban if the command activator doesn't get the people in the game to agree to atleast 60%. It just ruins the game for most people. He should of asked to use the command first even if the builders are winning and even at the end it changed nothing.
