Bootsoftravel:Using really fowl language all game, flaming really hard, being a racist, putting down not just me but even his own teammates, not kicking feeder, starting a vote kick for no reason in just under 5 min in game. Also did not vote !yes to kick the feeder even when stated that it is against rules to not kick a feeder on my team"Gringosek". D4NKTANK: Encouraging others to break rule/flame me. Started a votekick against their solo just because I was not letting him get any kills, started a votekick for no reason. That person was not breaking any rules whatsoever. Votekick abuse. He also did not vote !yes to kick the feeder.

Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): I have went through the entire game to state out all the times and possible rules that they broke, even though it took a me a long time I'm sure that it will make it really easy for the admins to go through it and find out that everything I stated has been correct and please give them each the highest possible punishment for breaking the rules as possible.

Well first off scarface after watching said replay, I am going to conclude that he did not feed. The answer to why he was acting the way he did was he is clearly a noob. When he had low life he ate one tango and without waiting for it to finish he ate another and finished off his tangos. He used his 400hp pot when he had only lost 200 hp. He was buying null talisman recipes and selling them. He had no idea what items to build at all. At one point I saw him buy a perseverance and then decide to sell it for a vitality booster. He was not feeding intentionally by any means. For someone to be feeding intentional as opposed to a noob player is this. Feeding intentionally is diving into enemy territory, towers and heroes to die. Feeding as a noob is dying because one does not understand the game concepts of dota and the enemy team notices this and keeps picking off on this nooby player. This was the type of player orange was the whole game. I can't ban people for refusal to kick for intentionally feeding. What I can check for is the flaming.
