Hey,
I have seen many accounts of this player, you already banned him with BlackLotus when he had a schredder if I remember. He takes all the BlackLotus possibles, isn't he ?
http://clanent.net/openstats/?u=blacklotus > German : cf.
viewtopic.php?f=24&t=1648http://clanent.net/openstats/?u=black-lotus > German
http://clanent.net/openstats/?u=black.lotus. > German
I don't remember if I saw others, maybe it's not the same player but look at stats, maybe you can ip check.
Best Regards...

Well the shiro one is a glitch. The click on bs probably is a fog click. There wasn't any more evidence? I guess if you're really looking to ban him then go ahead and do it. Ive seen delayed clicks and I've seen 25000 ms person (emzly) still in the game. Normally with maphackers, they aren't good enough to have only one incident. And normally their incident won't only be when they have just left the fog of war.
Personally, I now avoid using fogclicks that happen even near the edge of fog, but feel free to do so, its just my preference so that I make fewer mistakes on false accusations.
But, if that click was tied to blatant maphacking like gank evasion, rune whoring, and running straight to a hero nowhere near his team for a gank. Then, yeah I would say 100% positive maphack, but if this is the only evidence in the whole game I'd probably just let it slide. But, thats just me.
