Rule player violated: Blue went afk after Round 1 they didnt say it. after he gave no more bounty they said it and kicked him. they abused his afk to get rich, to take an unfair advantage on purpose

1. Can only be used on your side of the map only.
2. Cannot be used to kill steal leaks from your teammate (you can use it if your teammate is dead)

I don't see any rules broken here.

@dreathknight The rule broken wasn't the one being reported, but the user who was (not) vked:
"Ruining the game: ... don't ruin the game on purpose (for example, by feeding or attacking teammates)"

Sabotaging the strengths of your team by unrecoverable under-building causes his team to fail later, and he already is in a position that would be very difficult to recover from if he understood the mechanisms of resource management very well.

He gave no bounty from level 4 and you guys votekicked him on level 7.
