Any further thoughts:

Check for alts, proxy, etc. Sounds like a ban dodger.

Also, I don't mind if I get a couple days banned if you deem my blocking of red at 14:20 justified.

Also, I'm not going to push for that ban on titan for not votekicking red, since he probably doesn't speak english.
